Acceptance
By downloading, creating an account for, or using Rüya Tabiri, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements that apply to your account, jurisdiction, and app store. Obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
Nature of the service
Rüya Tabiri offers a dream journal, automated interpretations, chat, image generation, sleep sounds, and related self-reflection features. Availability can vary by platform, region, version, or subscription status.
Dream interpretations and AI output are for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not scientific fact, diagnosis, treatment, or medical or psychological advice. Do not rely on the app where you should contact a professional or emergency service about health or safety.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate current information, protecting your sign-in method and device, and activity under your account. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Rüya Tabiri uses a shared sign-in identity that may also be used by other Dode apps. Changing its email or password may affect sign-in to those other Dode apps. Rüya Tabiri membership and app data remain separately scoped.
You must not access another person’s account, deceptively transfer an account, or attempt to bypass security controls.
Your content and permission
You retain your rights in dreams, notes, and other content you add. You grant us a limited, worldwide permission, lasting only as needed to provide the service, to process, store, back up, and display that content for the features you select.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and permit processing of your content. Do not add content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
AI output
AI systems are probabilistic. They can respond differently to the same input and produce false, incomplete, disturbing, or unexpected results. Apply your own judgment before using output.
We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or original. Do not base important decisions solely on app output.
Subscriptions, renewal, and payment
Premium features may be offered as an in-app purchase or automatically renewing subscription. Current price, billing period, any trial or promotion, and tax information are shown on the purchase screen before payment.
Purchases are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and are subject to store payment terms. Turn off automatic renewal in your store account settings before the current period ends. Unless the store states otherwise, cancellation does not end access before the paid period expires.
Apple or Google evaluates refunds and payment disputes under its rules. Deleting the account or app does not cancel a subscription.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, threatening, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Do not misuse the app, APIs, or safeguards for reverse engineering, automation, scraping, quota evasion, or unauthorised access.
- Do not send malicious code, spam, content containing personal data without permission, or requests intended to disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for use of output; presenting it as professional advice, using it to deceive people, or using it in legally prohibited decision-making is not permitted.
Intellectual property
The app, brand, design, software, dictionary content, and our other materials are protected by Dode Yazılım or its licensors, excluding your content and third-party materials. While you follow these terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app.
Third-party services and store terms
The app uses third parties for authentication, AI, payment, notifications, and infrastructure. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. For the App Store version, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies; a mandatory store term controls to the relevant extent if there is a conflict.
Service changes and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features for security, performance, legal, or product-development reasons. We will communicate material adverse changes where reasonable. Maintenance, networks, or third-party incidents may make the service unavailable at times.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may restrict use or suspend an account that violates these terms or law, risks service security, or harms others. Where applicable law permits, we will explain the reason and available appeal.
You can stop using the app and delete your account in the app. Review the deletion page for the scope of deletion and the separate requirement to cancel store subscriptions.
Warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or accurate AI output.
Except for mandatory consumer rights, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or liability that cannot legally be limited, our liability for indirect or unforeseeable loss is limited to the extent allowed by law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live. You may first contact support to seek a good-faith resolution; your rights to approach a competent consumer authority or court remain available.
Changes and contact
