Verified online deletion
If you cannot access the app, verify your identity through a secure link sent to the email address of your existing account.
If the verification link does not return to this page or does not work, use the verified-email method below. Email alone does not trigger deletion; account ownership is verified first. Go to verified-email steps.
Fastest method: delete in the app
If you can sign in, this method verifies identity through your existing session and is the most direct deletion path.
- Open Rüya Tabiri and sign in.
- Open Profile → Account → Delete my account.
- Read the permanent-deletion warning and explicitly confirm it.
- Do not treat the request as complete until you see success.
What is deleted?
Deletion runs through a protected, authenticated server flow. Your shared Dode sign-in identity and accounts and data in other apps are not deleted. A limited app-specific deletion record is retained to prevent deleted Rüya Tabiri data from being recreated. If a required cleanup step cannot finish, an error is shown and the operation can be retried.
Limited transaction records required by law and service providers’ independent records may remain subject to their own obligations. The Privacy Policy provides more detail.
- Your Rüya Tabiri membership and app-specific account profile.
- Saved dreams, journal records, and their related AI analyses.
- Generated or uploaded files owned by your app account.
- Push token, app usage counters, and the Rüya Tabiri subscription mapping.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting the account or app does not stop a subscription managed by Apple or Google. To prevent renewal, cancel separately through your store account:
If you cannot access the app
First use the online verification tool at the top of this page. If that is not possible, email iletisim@dodeyazilim.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Rüya Tabiri account deletion request.”
Sending an email does not automatically delete the account. To prevent unauthorised deletion, we must verify that the account belongs to you and will not act until verification succeeds. Never send a password, one-time code, or recovery key.
If you used Hide My Email with Apple, write from the Apple relay address linked to the app account where possible. If you cannot access the registered address, support can explain only the options that can be verified securely.
Outcome and problems
After successful deletion, deleted Rüya Tabiri content cannot be restored. If you later explicitly sign in again with the same shared identity, you can create a new, empty Rüya Tabiri account; old content is not restored. If you see an error, retry later or contact support with the error text, device, and app version.
